        Non-delivery of Paid boxes, mismanaged finances, very, very poor customer service and unprofessional management style prompted us to cut-off business ties with Gordian freight USA and GV Gordian Freight Philippines.

        Because of this unprofessional practice to ruin and malign our reputation, legal action was filed to protect our interest.

       As part of our committment and promise to you, we remain professional and transparent to all. We will keep you posted for new developments regarding this matter.


        For those experiencing non-delivery of boxes, we encourage you to file your complaint to DTI-PSB (Department of Trade-Philippine Shipper's Bureau. This will Facilitate immediate investigation and order to deliver your balikbayan boxes. Per rule, it is illegal for Phillippine forwarder and / or Philippine Delivery Agent to hold delivery of boxes in their possesion. Below please find the simple way to file a complaint. Complainants should submit a written complaint with documentary evidence such as cargo receipts, bills of lading, shippers declaration and waybills. You can file your complaints either at PSB office or fax @ (02) 751-3305 or email @ dti_psb @yahoo.com.ph or call direct (02) 751-3330.
